Community Involvement

HPMC is strongly committed to being a good corporate citizen and supports local organizations that reflect our corporate culture and marketplace. In addition, HPMC supports our employees both with donations and paid time to pursue personal charitable interests. This is true regardless of where our employees work. In other words, HPMC supports our employees nationwide just as we support our local staff.

Some of HPMC's community involvement activities include:

Women Helping Women Fund Tri-Cities

The Women Helping Women Fund Tri-Cities luncheon is an annual fundraiser that HPMC staff joins WHWFTC during their lunch hour to dine on a delicious meal, listen to an inspirational speaker and raise money for those in need. 100% of the funds raised stay in our community. HPM Corporation is proud to be a Corporate Sponsor for this local event!

Habitat for Humanity

On October 5, 2019, HPMC staff and their family and friends volunteered to help finish a house in Pasco. We had a great weather day, painting exterior trim and getting to know each other a bit more. Habitat for Humanity is a great organization ran mostly by volunteers, helping low income community members become homeowners. To learn more, visit

Junior Achievement

Each year, HPMC sponsors four teams that participate in the JA Bowl fundraising event. This event not only supports JA, but is a great venue for our employees to engage with each other outside the workplace. It promotes team building and creativity as each of our employee teams compete for various recognition and awards.

Tri-Tech Skills Center

On January 31, OHW Manager coordinated a booth for the Tri- Tech Skills Center High School and Beyond Night. Our booth featured information on various careers in occupational medicine. Approximately 1,000 students and parents attended with over 80 exhibitors providing information on various vocational, academic study, and career paths.

Second Harvest: Taking a Bite Out of Hunger

HPMC is a proud supporter of Second Harvest whose mission is to get healthy food to children, families and seniors facing hunger in the Columbia Basin. Members of the management team joined forces to help make the “Taking a Bite out of Hunger” event a success within our community!

Union Gospel Mission

Thank you HPMC Occupational Medical Clinic for all for of your generous donations! They took over 80 jackets and coats to the Union Gospel Mission in Pasco. That’s about one coat for every HPMC OMS employee! Cherise gave us a tour of their amazing new Men’s Shelter. We were all thoroughly impressed and be assured that your donations are much appreciated and needed. If you have not toured their new facility, please do. It was an eye opener for us and filled us with gratitude for what they do for those in need in our community. They have a new Women’s and Children’s Shelter as well a couple of blocks away. We also learned of other needs they have that many of us can fulfill, such as teaching a class or serving meals in the kitchen. Visit and check out their Holiday Newsletter to learn more.

Elijah Family Homes

Team HPMC has been honored to provide over a decade of support to Elijah Family Homes. Elijah Family Homes, a faith-based organization, fosters hope, dignity and self-sufficiency through stable housing and supportive services for families in recovery. As the key sponsor of the Elijah Family Homes 2019 Summer Gala, Team HPMC ensured continued growth and success for this increasingly needed program.

2019 was another incredible year of the endless generosity of our employees who donate gifts to the Elijah Family Homes families that are in recovery helping their children have a magic filled Christmas!

HPMC is the annual sponsor of Christmas Dinner. We provide a traditional Christmas dinner to all of the Elijah Family Homes Families and Staff! This also would not be possible if not for our selfless employees who spent their Friday evening serving the dinner.
