Solicitations and Notices
HPM Corporation provides opportunities and strongly promotes the effective use of small business, veteran-owned small business concerns, service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.
The following Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Acquisition Notices describe our current or future requirements. Companies interested in responding to one of the notices below should correspond directly with the identified Contract Specialist listed in the request.
In order to respond to any HPMC solicitations, the following actions are required:

Register your company in the System for Award Management (SAM) database,

Complete the federal web-based Representations and Certifications via SAM.

Suppliers or contractors are required to have a DUNS number. A DUNS number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is provided and maintained exclusively by Dun & Bradstreet. There is no cost to obtain a DUNS number and doing so ensures that an entity is listed in D&B’s global database. Visit the Dun & Bradstreet website for registration information.

E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows an employer, using information reported on an employee's Form I-9, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. HPMC contractors are required to comply with FAR 52.222-54 and verify their employee’s eligibility. Visit the E-Verify website for registration information.
