In order to respond to any HPMC solicitations, the following actions are required:

 

1. Register your company in the System for Award Management (SAM) database,

2. Complete the federal web-based Representations and Certifications via SAM.

3. Suppliers or contractors are required to have a DUNS number.  A DUNS number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is provided and maintained exclusively by Dun & Bradstreet.  There is no cost to obtain a DUNS number and doing so ensures that an entity is listed in D&B’s global database.  Visit the Dun & Bradstreet website for registration information.

4. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows an employer, using information reported on an employee's Form I-9, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. HPMC contractors are required to comply with FAR 52.222-54 and verify their employee’s eligibility. Visit the E-Verify website for registration information.
