HPM CorporationHPM Corporation has joined with Elijah Family Homes to provide financial assistance to families in the Tri-Cities who live in poverty. HPMC has donated $6000.00 to Elijah Family Homes which will go toward the support of a family who has not had a home of their own for over three years. The financial support given by HPMC provides a safe place for this family to live and will help them move toward self-sufficiency and break the cycle of poverty.
Elijah Family Homes works with families that for various reasons do not qualify for traditional housing assistance. Elijah Family Homes provides not only monetary support for rental assistance and emergencies, but also moral support and encouragement. Through a network of other agencies and volunteers, Elijah Family Homes offers financial counseling, tutoring for children, family focused activities, and a variety of workshops all intended to help these families through difficult times.
