Mission Support Alliance, LLC Wins Mission Support Contract at Hanford Site; HPMC Part of Subcontracting Team

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced today (9/3/08) that Mission Support Alliance, LLC (MSA) was selected as the mission support contractor (MSC) at DOE’s Hanford Site. MSA is comprised of Lockheed Martin Integrated Technology, LLC, Jacobs Engineering Group, and Wackenhut Services. HPMC is one of their pre-selected subcontractors. The scope of the MSC contract includes five primary functions: Safety, Security and Environment; Site Infrastructure and Utilities; Site Business Management; Information Resources/Content Management; and Portfolio Management.

In an announcement to HPMC employees, Hollie Mooers stated, “We are thrilled to be part of the MSA and are looking forward to this new opportunity for HPMC and our employees. Our participation on the MSA team presents us with a significant opportunity to expand our presence within the DOE and Hanford communities and positions us very well for the future.”
